One Week

Seth is one week old and it has already been a busy week.  In this past week he has been to the doctor twice, has been hospitalized, has had 15 visitors (including meeting his Grandma and Grandpa), has been to Wal-mart, has had two photo shoots, has been to church, has had two Priesthood blessings, has attended his siblings piano recital, has been grocery shopping, and has lost his umbilical cord.  He is loved and adored by his family, especially his sisters who fight over whose turn it is to hold him next.  His newborn skin is peeling off, especially on his hands and feet.  His tummy hurts a lot, but we just hold him and love him and try to make him feel comfortable.  He is sleeping well at night, but not so much during the day, in fact, we had a hard time getting him to stay asleep for these pictures taken by my friend Heather Buchinsky, but he sure is cute!
